LawStream provides preferences, defaults and other global information for the entire firm, and also for individual users. That way, each firm can have standard information, while permitting each user to work the way that user works best. The Setup tab is divided into seven different areas. You may see in the image below, that the "Firm and User Preferences" area has been selected, to provide access to windows for entering five sub-types of data (Name/Address/Phone, Miscellaneous Graphics, Localizing, Other Global Settings, and User Names/Codes/Prefs). This tab provides access to more than thirty different windows, to enter and display preferences for the firm and its users. |
