You can be up and running with LawStream in your office
in as little as three working days,
by following these instructions...
|
|
Here's what you do (and what we do):
- you let us know you want LawStream (phone, fax, or e-mail);
- we find out a bit about you and your firm (name, fax number, phone, e-mail contact, number of users, and platform (OS X, OS 9, or Windows);
- we prepare and deliver (by fax or as e-mail attachments) some documents to you:
- a licence agreement,
- a set of start-up instructions,
- some details about our support policies, and
- an authorization for payments via your credit card;
- you review the documents we send to you, and then complete and return the licence, start-up instructions and credit card authorization;
- we start preparing your start-up data base package, after we have confirmed approval of your credit card authorization;
- within a few working days after that, your LawStream package is ready, and we upload it to our web site (in encrypted and compacted form);
- we provide you with instructions for downloading and decrypting your LawStream package, and you get to work with LawStream;
- we provide you with the access codes you need, to be able to take advantage of the materials in the LawStream user-support area of our web site;
- you start to use LawStream, and we provide support in accordance with your licence agreement.
