LawStream's pricing is based on the number of users who concurrently access the data in your office. For example, if there are five LawStream users in your office, but two of them are job-sharing, then you might need only a four-user system. Similarly, if there is a lawyer in your office who wants his or her time and other data recorded in LawStream, but who is a techno-phobe who will never touch a computer, you can still have that person's name, initials, and data in your LawStream data base, without counting that person as a "user" for the purposes of calculating LawStream's price.
