Using LawStream Data as a Basis for Word Merge Documents: Saving the Data to be Merged

When you are creating a merge document from LawStream (as noted in the subsequent web pages in this section), you will be prompted to specify the name and destination of the file. In the example dialog shown at the left, you can see that the name has been specified (note, though, that the suffix (extension) of ".doc" must be added to the name, so Word can recognize it). The next window in this series shows you what the document looks like once it has been saved. |
