Forms for Purchasing LawStream Software

The following documents (or a selection of them) contain information for those who want to get LawStream, and forms which (after you complete them) will provide PowerSoft Innovations Corporation with information to prepare LawStream packages. The forms are in pdf format, so you will need Adobe Acrobat reader (or another application that can read pdf files), to read or print them. Once you have completed the necessary forms, you will have to send them back to PowerSoft Innovations Corporation (as scanned attachments to email messages, or by fax).

License
This form of license contains the basic terms and conditions for use of LawStream. Unless there are specific changes or other conditions that might apply to your use of LawStream, this license is complete except for your business's name, the number of concurrent users permitted for your business, and the amount you must pay.

Start-up instructions
This is a set of sheets to be completed, to let PowerSoft Innovations Corporation prepare a basic start-up data file for your office. Additional information might be required, but the information on these sheets is often enough to provide Powersoft Innovations Corporation with all the information necessary to get you working with LawStream .

Credit card authorization
Credit card authorization is the normal way to pay for LawStream; you can contact PowerSoft Innovations Corporation to see if other arrangements are possible, but we recommend that you use the credit card authorization.

PowerSoft Innovations Corporation offers support to LawStream users. This document describes the extent of support offered to LawStream users.

Sample General Ledger Account Codes: When you get LawStream, you also get a custom start-up data file containing information about your business. That information includes a set of general ledger accounts, to assist you in keeping your accounts in balance. You may view the following summaries of those charts of accounts, to help you decide on the accounts that would be most suitable for your business. Remember that you can add to your basic chart of accounts, whenever you want.
