The client dedication report can give you an overview of your clients' dedication to your firm, sorted by individual client, or gathered by groups you have defined. The information in those reports is useful not only for satisfying law society reporting requirements: it can also help you recognize clients who are particularly beneficial to your firm (or who have not been too beneficial to your firm).
